Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dinger Lab (“Dinger Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://mydingerlab.com, browse our shop, place an order, or otherwise interact with us (the “Site”). The Dinger Lab training app at https://app.mydingerlab.com is a separate application with its own terms.
By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, contact us, submit a product review, or sign up for updates, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and any content you choose to send (e.g., review text, messages).
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — we do not collect or store your full card number. We receive limited information such as a confirmation of payment, the last four digits, card brand, and billing postal code.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions — using cookies and similar technologies. Where required, analytics and advertising technologies load only after you consent.
2. How we use your information
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders and send order confirmations and shipping updates;
- Provide customer support and respond to your messages;
- Process payments and prevent fraud;
- Display and moderate product reviews you submit;
- Send marketing emails where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Understand and improve the Site through aggregate analytics;
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Printify and its print/fulfillment partners — to produce and ship your order, we share your name, shipping address, and the items ordered.
- Hosting & infrastructure (e.g., Vercel and Supabase) — to operate the Site and store order/account data.
- Email delivery (e.g., Resend) — to send transactional and, where opted in, marketing emails.
- Analytics & advertising (e.g., Google Analytics, and, where enabled and consented, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads) — to measure traffic and marketing.
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (such as your shopping cart), to remember preferences, and — where enabled — for analytics and advertising. Non-essential tracking is gated behind your consent where required. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
5. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@mydingerlab.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Marketing emails. You can opt out anytime via the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages about your orders.
“Do Not Sell or Share.” We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent any sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising is considered a “sale” or “share” under laws like the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out by disabling advertising cookies and contacting us.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site and our products, comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are typically retained for the period required by tax and commercial law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
