Dinger Lab
Welcome to Dinger Lab
Why we built a training system around three equally weighted pillars — physical drills, baseball IQ, and gamified tracking.
Dinger Lab started with a simple frustration: most youth-baseball apps treat training like either a workout tracker or a flashcard deck — never both, and never in a way that keeps a 12-year-old coming back tomorrow.
The three pillars
We weight these equally, on purpose: physical drills you can actually measure, baseball IQ trained with spaced repetition, and gamified tracking that makes showing up the easy choice.
What's next
This notebook is where we'll share the drills, mechanics breakdowns, and game-sense lessons behind the app. Pull up a bucket of balls and let's get to work.
